Martin R. Klein

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Klein oversees financial, operational, strategic planning and business development efforts of Coastal Development, LLC.

Prior to joining Coastal, Mr. Klein was a partner in the New York City based accounting firm of Hays & Company LLC where he provided advisory services to clients in the entertainment, real estate and personal service industries. With more than thirty years in public accounting, Mr. Klein advised clients on tax compliance and structure, strategic affiliations, corporate acquisitions and restructuring.

Prior to joining Hays & Company, Mr. Klein was a shareholder and President of Martin R. Klein & Company a public accounting firm that he formed in 1980, providing services primarily to closely held companies.

Mr. Klein began working with Richard Fields in 1987 and joined Coastal Development, LLC in 2006 as its Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Klein received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College and earned his CPA certification in 1978. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
