William "Bill" Mulrow became Chairman of Sterling Suffolk Racecourse LLC in 2007. His experience includes government service, extensive work in the financial sector, and numerous philanthropic activities and board appointments.
A 25-year veteran of Wall Street, Mulrow has acted as an investment banker for numerous municipalities across the globe. Mulrow has also served as Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank in New York City, Director of the Municipal Assistance Corporation, and Director of the United Nations Development Corporation, and is a former candidate for State Comptroller in New York.
Mulrow has also been active in academic circles, and has served on the Boards of several academic institutions including the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Maxwell School for Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and the Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx.
Mulrow is a graduate of Yale University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar finalist, and Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
